ORIGINAL ARTWORK
Are your paintings original artworks?
Yes. Each original painting is one-of-a-kind and created by hand in my studio using acrylic on raw canvas. No two paintings are the same.
Are your paintings framed?
Yes. Paintings are framed unless otherwise specified in the artwork listing. Original works are finished with a solid wood floater frame, allowing the canvas edges to remain visible while giving the work a clean, finished presentation.
Are original paintings ready to hang?
Yes. Original paintings are professionally wired and ready to hang unless otherwise noted on the individual artwork listing.
Can I see more images of an artwork?
Absolutely. If you would like additional images, detail photographs, framing views, or images of a particular work in a space, please contact the studio.
Can I view an artwork in person?
If you are interested in viewing a particular original, please contact the studio to discuss current viewing options.
LIMITED-EDITION PRINTS
What are your limited-edition prints made from?
My limited-edition works are archival reproductions of my original paintings, produced using archival pigment inks on premium archival canvas.
Are the prints signed and numbered?
Yes. Limited-edition prints are signed and numbered on the back.
Are prints available in different sizes?
Yes. Selected works are available in multiple sizes, and custom sizing may be available for certain editions. Please contact the studio if you require a specific dimension.
Are limited editions made to order?
Yes. Limited-edition prints are produced to order, allowing each piece to be carefully prepared and finished for its collector.
How long does a print take to arrive?
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production and shipping of framed limited-edition prints. Timing may vary depending on the size, framing option, destination, and time of year.
FRAMING
What framing options are available?
Paintings and limited-edition prints are available with carefully selected framing options, including natural oak and walnut float frames. Available options are listed with each artwork.
Can I request a different frame?
If you have a specific framing request, please contact the studio before placing your order. Custom framing may be possible depending on the artwork and project.
COMMISSIONS
Do you accept commissions?
Yes. I accept a limited number of commissioned projects throughout the year.
Can I request a specific size?
Yes. Commissioned work can be developed around the dimensions and requirements of your space.
Can I choose the colours?
Commissions are collaborative, but my paintings are created intuitively rather than from a fixed formula. I welcome conversations around palette, atmosphere, scale, and the feeling you would like the work to bring into your space.
How do I begin a commission?
Please send the commission inquiry with your desired size, project details, location, timeline, and any relevant images of the space to info@ethelvoronkova.ca and I will review the project and respond with next steps.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. Original artwork and framed limited-edition prints can be shipped across Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Unstretched limited-edition prints can be shipped internationally. Please contact the studio for international shipping options for framed works or original paintings.
Is delivery included?
Delivery terms vary by artwork and destination. Shipping information is provided on individual artwork listings, or you can contact the studio for a shipping quote.
How is artwork packaged?
Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to protect it during transit. Larger or higher-value works may require specialized shipping arrangements.
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact the studio as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork and packaging. Keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
PURCHASING
Can I place an order online?
Yes. Available originals and limited-edition prints can be purchased directly through the website.
Are artwork purchases final sale?
Yes. Original artwork and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Can I place an artwork on hold?
If you are considering an original, please contact the studio. Holds may be possible for a limited period depending on the artwork.

Where can I see your artwork?
My work is available through the website, selected exhibitions, art fairs, galleries, and other arts organizations.
Do you work with galleries?
Yes. My work has been exhibited through galleries, art fairs, exhibitions, and other arts organizations. Current representation and exhibition information can be found on my website.
Can I request information about a particular painting?
Absolutely. If you are interested in a specific work, please contact the studio and I can provide additional information about its dimensions, framing, availability, and artwork details.
